Chartreuse Green Liqueur

Intense herbal, licorice goodness. Sweet throughout too, hard to believe it’s 110 proof. Hadn’t tried it on its own but no wonder it’s the secret sauce in an increasing number of cocktails.

You could spend all night trying to figure out all the flavors. I drink a couple drops at a time and every micro-sip envelops your head in a wonderful perfume.
