Neat from a freshly opened bottle: Nose is agave, citrus, grassy, floral, herbal. Hints of tarragon and anise. Touch of clean ethanol keeps it bright, but not harsh. Very pleasant. Taste is sugar cane, agave syrup, citrus, tropical fruits, fresh green herbs such as tarragon, cilantro, anise, and mint, a little vanila and butter, a hint of cinnamon. Finish is fairly short, mild sweetness, mild cinnamon, and a bit tart. Moderate creamy mouthfeel and no burn
A nice example of a highlands tequila It has all the nice, pretty, bright and fruity flavors, and then adds some light herbs and a tart finish that adds a lot of complexity in just the right amount. Great Value too
