Not much complexity but i kind of like it!

Day No. 16 This was a deceptive one. At first, the aroma was off-putting. It was almost like smelling isopropyl alcohol. After letting it rest for a bit and taking my first sip, things changed dramatically. The nose yielded muddled mixed fruit with banana winning at times. A sprinkle of baking spice as well. The flavor expressed its rum barreling roots. There was a tropical influence with lemon leading the charge. Hints of coconut and clove lingered midway and towards the finish along with a side of 🌽. An interesting and unique Irish for sure.

Sweet tropical fruits, pineapple, and mango on the nose. A smooth and very sweet palate for the abv. Initial pineapples and coconut lead into a finish that brings butterscotch and hints of baking spices.

I get lemon bar with a little carmel and cinnamon.

A very nice taste and just the right amount of heat. Fruity and flavorful. One i wouldn’t hesitate to keep on the bar.
