High West A Midwinter Night's Dram Act 9 (All Scenes)

Nose: mild rye with some sweetness and pine. Taste: smooth and sweet, rye is balanced and not overpowering, slight dark fruit, raisins maybe in the middle. Finish: very balanced and long, lingers forever it feels like, very pleasant.

Snowy campfire

Act 9, Scene 3 Slight sweet mulled port wine on the nose with vanilla and some sweet citrus. Maybe a hint of pine / dill. Flavor is sweet wintergreen with ginger and red licorice. Some baking spice (cinnamon and allspice). Finish is semi-long lasting and is oakiness and plums / red apple skin. Very nice.

Brine up front and then dark fruit

Soooo good. Fruity and spicy with hints of that bourbon carameliness underneath.
