Stellar aroma with rare clarity. Dill, rich brine, dried cranberries, and spicy pickles. Tart cranberries and sweet berries initially on the palate. Then comes the savory: kosher salt, spicy brine, roasted grains, and caramelized fruits. The finish gets sweeter with rhubarb syrup and subtle tannin. A unique and tasty Rye, no question.

Nose: maple syrup, faint floral notes, ripe banana, black cherry, faint oak. Palate: black pepper, cherry syrup, and Syrah progress to cream and lingering vanilla with a mild oak, caramel, and coco finish and return of peppercorn spice. Oily mouth feel.
