High West's 2025 Bourye release features a mix of straight rye and straight bourbon whiskeys aged a minimum of 10 years. The rye portion is as follows: an MGP rye (95% rye, 5% barley malt) and a High West Distillery rye (80% rye, 20% malted rye). The bourbon portion: two straight high-rye bourbon whiskeys from MGP and a Kentucky straight bourbon (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley).
It's bottled without chill-filtration at 46% ABV. Availability in limited quantities nationwide beginning March 2025. (SRP $124.

Tasting Notes
"This summery whiskey has a juicy spectrum of fresh fruit aromas — mango, apricot, and yellow peach — with mellow tones of milk chocolate, caramel, and a faint sprinkle of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. The palate is similarly tootie-fruity, with most of the same fresh fruit notes as the nose along with golden apple, mild herbal components (dill, thyme, mint), warm spices (particularly nutmeg), and a hint of roasted peanuts. The finish is pleasantly toasty, with those juicy fruit flavors adding a tart zippiness. "
