Tasting Notes
"The nose is a mix of fresh herbs and fruit, with notes of green apple, mint, citrus peel, and sweet spices. The palate is unmistakably whiskey, but it's also bursting with juice-like flavors of apple juice, lemon, and honey, offset by richer notes of caramel popcorn, roasted nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, clove, allspice, and ginger. The light-to-medium finish is fresh and zippy, with a balanced spark of heat. "
