High West Bourye (2025 Release)

Fruit forward: candied orange, candied lemon, nectarine, golden raisin, fig newtons, pie crust. Very unique with how much fruit and how little spice comes through.

Nose: light and soft oak, vanilla, pineapple, powdered sugar, honey, red apples Taste: immediately light and sweet, very gentle oak and powdered sugar, with a small tickling of the rye spice and tart red apple on the sides of the tongue. Relatively simple, but very pleasant to drink Finish: a light finish that lingers, teasing a bit more oaky sweetness and red apple skins with a sprinkling of rye spice

Nose: light fruit, floral, citrus, stawberry candy Palate: sweet, black licorice, cream, vanilla Finish: short, more sweet, light Not overly complex but extremely enjoyable
