High West Double Rye

Not much for the snooty notes on floral etc. I’ve been drinking this cheap of the HWD line for years and a cheap taste it is NOT. I guess I’m more of a feel taster than actual chemical notes and composition. This Rye pairs well with any John Ford or Clint Eastwood western. It absolutely goes awesome with string cheese and veggies and hummus. I especially love this drink when binging Mad Men. No I was not drinking too much of this when I wrote my review...”mother”....

One of my favorite ryes, especially given the price. Always try to keep this one in stock for my bar.

So smooth and easy drinking. Flavor is not overly deep and the finish is short but drinks so nice. Good daily drinker.
