Highland Park 15 Year

How this is rated so low is a mystery. Smooth peat with even combined palate across spectrum. Man this is good. And extinct. At 89 I wonder but where else is there a smooth medium peat scotch- I need to drink more scotch to find out.

It has good fruit tones, but the 12 is better.

Nose: maple, oak, sweet and smokey, pinch of salt Palate: rich, light smokiness, fruit and baking spices An absolutely lovely dram as expected from HP. Will try to add this to my collection while still around.
