Highland Park 21 Year

Little milder flavored than the 18. Noticably less peaty

Honey, heathery peat, long finish of green apple. Sensational.

Vanilla, coconut, vibrant pear, sea brine, perhaps green apple on the nose. The palate brings a delicious balance of honeyed pear (maybe stonefruit) sweetness and tobacco, with a touch of licorice. Someone else’s unwanted gift that I’m more than happy to help dispose of.

Nose: sweet, light caramel, small hint of brown sugar, butter, peet Taste: a bit of heat, takes you on an adventure the whole way through, butter, hint of smokiness, candied orange, if amber had a flavor this would be it

👃 honey, citrus, candied orange peel. 👅 Bright, acidic, orange rind, oak, vanilla, light smoke, really long finish of dark chocolate. This is really good if you can get past what you paid for it.
