Highland Park 21 Year

Citrus, salt, black pepper and ocean waves. A little bit of peaches round it off nicely. A bouquet next to the rough ocean in Scotland, I’m a fan of this one!

Little milder flavored than the 18. Noticably less peaty

Honey, heathery peat, long finish of green apple. Sensational.

Vanilla, coconut, vibrant pear, sea brine, perhaps green apple on the nose. The palate brings a delicious balance of honeyed pear (maybe stonefruit) sweetness and tobacco, with a touch of licorice. Someone else’s unwanted gift that I’m more than happy to help dispose of.
