Reviewed March 1, 2016 (edited December 10, 2017)Won best spirit of the world in 2005. 90% Spanish oak sherry cask in 2nd fill barrels. Perfect chemistry of the barrel and new make spirit. 45.7% - creme brule, dried apricot, complex, warming, dark chocolate, orange rinds.
