Tasting Notes
"What is detectable is a bit of caramelized sugar and maybe some faint cigar box spice. And no unpleasant aromas. Blindfolded, I’m fairly certain I would not read this as rye. The weight on the palate is very light, and there’s a strange bitterness on the finish, which fortunately doesn’t linger too long. A couple of ice cubes and a can of cold beer on the side would make this whisky much more appetizing. "
