Tasting Notes
"The aroma has a strong walnut/not-quite-burnt toast aroma along with oak, cherries, and pencil erasers. Body-wise, the bourbon is medium-light with a moderate barrel spice flavor and bitter finish. There's a touch of sweetness at the tip of the tongue, but the flavors are more barrel spiced and oak driven. Tangy, bittersweet finish. It's an interesting whiskey to try — particularly from a whiskey nerd perspective — but not sure it will please the masses."
