Reviewed June 20, 2021Very smooth. As an 80 proof it’s extremely light. Notes of maple make it a very enjoyable pour. -

Reviewed June 6, 2021Nose - Ash. Burnt Tannins. Cooked plantains. Slightly toasted cinnamon. Palate - Cooked Bananas. Light maple sugar notes. Slight toasted campfire but very subtle. Not much else, nothing too impressive. Finish - Very sweet and smooth. Banana flavor follows all the way through that comes with a slight spice. Finish is impressive
