This is an amazing pour with tons of complexity. Im sure my tasting notes are only scratching the surface. FINISH - Long and Pleasant BUY? - Absolutely. One of the best barrel proof bottles for the price and readily available. BUY AGAIN?? Absolutely. This is something to keep stocked as soon as the open bottle gets low. Plus the availability should make it fairly easy.

Too hot to drink without water, but once brought down to a better abv is smooth and rich, with a nice full flavor.

Nose: cinnamon is at the core of this pour, dusty hay, caramelized sugars, a hint of cherry. Taste: salted caramel, crisp apple, cinnamon spice with a lingering heat. More: Believe the hype. I was desperately hoping the hype was just the classic tater craze taking over yet another limited release, however this bottle is gud. Like damn good. Hot and oily with a warm finish that like the energizer bunny just keeps going and going and go... Well you get the poont. If you see it, buy it (within reason ov course).

Bananas foster for sure, def a little hot at first but cery good.
