Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select

On the nose, banana and oak On the palate, oak and vanilla, On the finish, black pepper.

Nose is classic sweet acetone with notes of cherry and caramilzed fruit. Palate is quite dry, notes of the charred barrel with drops of cherry. Not a very full body, incredibly smooth.

Very smooth and great post work

Surprisingly smooth considering its proof. On the nose and the taste this is very oaky and spicy. However, none of these properties are too dominant and you can still get the caramel, vanilla, banana and corn aromas from it. Liked it.
