Jack Daniel's Twice Barreled Heritage Barrel Rye (2023 Release)

Open up after sitting for awhile. If I had this in a blind, the balance and smoothness (hate saying that), the words Jack Danials would have never crossed my mind. Nose is overly powerful but has notes you can get into, barrel char and caramel come forward, that carries though to the pallet. And there’s no pine! If I come across a bottle, I’m getting it.

Hot. Dark chocolate for sure. Big bite that is just not doing it for me.

Average. Smooth but not much taste
