Reviewed October 16, 2020 (edited December 18, 2020)Nose- rich with chocolate and hops. Honey and floral. Taste- Sweet, dark honey and light milk chocolate, bits of hop. Oily mouthfeel. Hints of spice on end. Finishes nice but not really long. Amazing the change the short time in the barrel changes it. This is a desert whiskey.
