Tasting Notes
"At this proof the nose is somewhat closed, but you can suss out some dried corn and vanilla. It's hot and tight on the palate with cinnamon hot candy taste. It's a little chewy and you'll get a crispy cookie flavors. Would highly recommend to add a splash of water or serve on the rocks to allow some of those sweeter notes to shine. You'll find more dried & green herbs, maples, and vanilla sweetness along with a char smoke ring. Finish is moderate length. "
