Jefferson's Rye Cognac Cask Finish

Strong bite!

Carmel, brown sugar and a small hint of the cognac. Marshmallow and a bit of cinnamon as well. Everything about this rye is soft - nothing overpowering at all. Id say it’s slightly boring as I expected a little more. Still, this is a soft, smooth and sweet drink and finish. It didn’t blow me away but it’s nice.

Very light smell of vanilla and spice on the nose. You get a slight taste of cognac on first sip with a surprisingly fresh aftertaste of orange peel on the finish. Don’t love the price tag on this one but would entertain tasting again
