Nose: Salt, agave, some citrus.
Palate: Very light, almost juicy in its sweetness.
Finish: The tequila burns going down, and sits relatively heavy on the back of your palate before disappating.
This is a perfectly inoffensive blanco tequila. Outside of the strange initial sweetness, really nothing out of the ordinary. Great for mixing into a marg, or a Paloma, and probably fine for a chilled shot, but there is not much complexity going on. However, for Jose Cuervo, that's saying something
