Reviewed July 17, 2020Light hints of wood and oak on the nose. Smooth on the palette, with flavors of toasted caramel. Long finish with subtle notes of walnuts. -

Reviewed July 7, 2020 (edited January 2, 2021)golden amber, nice sticky legs Dry grainy nose with light caramel notes and some spices Distinctly soft mouthfeel of a wheated whiskey. Some heat at the back of the palate. Mint and eucalyptus notes mingle between sweetness on front and finish. Vanilla and more spice coming through as well. Cloying, sweet finish with lingering dry oakyness. -

Reviewed April 17, 2020 (edited January 2, 2021)Picked this up at the distillery yesterday. Fantastic people that are very friendly. Little nose but maybe light cereal. Nice light amber color. Coating, buttery mouthfeel with nice sweetness. Burn in the middle with a warm finish that slowly tapers off. A satisfying sipper for this novice whiskey drinker. Batch 52 Bottle 518
