Kilchoman Sanaig

Lemons and peat on the nose. This is like sitting down in cottage, with a peat fire and and a clean lemony home. The palate is sweet honey, milk chocolate. The complexity is high. It’s yummy. The finish is medium to quick.

Nose: Vanilla, smoke, ash, plums Palate: Vanilla, salt, apples, plums, smoke Finish: Ash, oak, smoke Nice young islay whiskey with sherry flavours.

Tastes like a younger cousin of lagavulin. Promising for when they release older expressions

Peaty, sherry/dried and dark fruit sweetness. On the palate an ashy peat note but beautifully rounded by the sherry notes. Punchy and bold but mellows out nicely as it moves through the palate.

Not totally sherry washed. Healthy amount of peat coming through. Its definitely young and brash
