Knob Creek 18 Year Bourbon (2023 Release)

Nose - Pear, peanuts, honey, vanilla, some betty and slights of herbs. Palate - Cinnamon is the first thing i taste but mild, then comes that typical beam nut but nothing tooo overpowering. Some light herb and vanilla finishes it alongside some oak. Finish - Finish is a lighter continuation of the palate. For 18 year its a lot lighter than I expected.

Oak forward with clove and baking spice

Really enjoyed this. Like a sweeter richer 12 year.

Nose: Cream Soda, Carmel, honey, nutty Tasting: spice forward, oak, earth tones

Fresh cherries, blackberries, brown sugar, raw almonds, honey, spicy, muted on the palate, waxy oak.
