Knob Creek 9 Year Small Batch Bourbon

On the nose you get a very strong maple syrup smell that rolls into a smokey baking spice scent that holds for awhile. On the palate it starts with a heavy woody smokey taste that quickly gets overwhelmed by heavy spice that continues to build and envelop the whole mouth.

Vanilla forwarf with teeth at 5he end

Smells like a woody maple smoke. Sweet and savory. Tastes bring in some dry cinnamon and honey. Aftertastes stays for a nice length and gets more sweet.

Solid bourbon. Good neat but better with a cube as brings out a sweetness and cuts a bit of the 100 proof heat.
