Neat: Nose: oak and cherry Taste: Big spicy oak with some cherry undertones. Smooth for the 120 proof with the heat of the proof hitting you on the finish. Overall a good showing.

Warm caramel on the nose and red apple with caramel on the taste. Toast oak on the finish which is medium.
