Clear look, smells of alcohol, coconut lightly not overpowered.
Taste is real and a bit of punch coconut, sweet, quick jab of strong coconut alcohol that melts to a sweet mellowed flakes, nice. Its like a good quality coconut rum. Pretty straight forward, white rum muted in rum flavors, high lights the alcoholic coconut. Good for mixer, maybe a little harsh for neat.
Ok, I admit this one surprised me as it's better than I thought.
Aroma is gentle coconut, nothing overpowering, almost in a subtle perfume way but without the "fresh from the strip-club stage" vibe.
Flavor is really good! Like the aroma, the taste is gentle coconut. I do get that sugar water profile in it. It's nice that it does not have a strong alcohol burn, which makes this a too-easy of a desert sipper, and "is there really alcohol in this?" type of mixer. Yeah...good stuff.
Ratings based on neat sipping.
This is more of a liqueur, but has a nice, rich, sweet toasted coconut flavour. Great for mixing or for sipping as a liquid dessert. Very smooth tasting.

Per the Distiller: Their standard white rum flavored with coconut extract sourced from a pharmaceutical company. Using fresh coconut was too inconsistent due to variance from fruit to fruit.

Served: Neat, Flute
Bottle Open: Same Day
Last intake: Coffee Rum
Aroma: Coconut, reminiscent of suntan lotion.
Flavor: Coconut, dairy butter.
The suntan lotion aroma throws me off a bit, but the flavor is delightful. Neither desirable nor offensive on its own. Interested in mixing to see if the coconut persists. This is the only coconut rum I've tried, so there may be better options, but this one is passable as far as I'm concerned.
