Reviewed February 15, 2022Wonderfully smokey but not overpowering. Carmel and oak. Smooth enough I almost can't believe it's cask strenth. Relatively new to whiskey, but I will be looking for a bottle.Paddy's -

Reviewed October 26, 2021Nose whoah smokey, tar, coffee bean, coffee bean in chocolate, touch mocha, also some medicinal touch to it. Palate is delicious so much more darkness in it: mocha, dark chocolate, coffee bean in dark chocolate, cedar, cedar in dark chocolate, aniseed, aniseed in dark chocolate. Slightly burnt chocolate. Again tannins are over the roof here. But in a pleasant way. Also quite sweet lingering finish. -

Reviewed September 2, 2020This is the right balance of peatiness for me. Smokey enough to savor without burning out my nose hairs.
