Intense smoke and iodine, but more balanced than the 10 y.o. with oak and sherry character.

Peat is more subtle here compared to most laphroaig renditions. There is legitimately 3 woods that come out: 2 on the palate, 1 on the finish. Very smooth, decadent, and absolutely delicious.
