Two cousins passionate about gin started Lee Spirits in 2013. They use corn and wheat for their base distillate and the common bill of botanicals. They soak their botanicals in water overnight before distillation in a pot-still. Currently availability limited to Colorado.

Tasting Notes

"While the nose is all about fresh Juniper characteristics like evergreen branches and dry blueberries, the palate is far more savory. Cracked black pepper flies a high banner and leads the charge with cinnamon not far behind. Juniper and anise bring up the rear of the battalion. Overall quite powerful from the nose to a long finish. Use this in a Gibson and don’t forget the pickled onion."
