Legent Bourbon

Warm and rich. Some people complain this one feels too structured, but I can't complain about solid execution.

Nice at first sip but the finish is too sharp. Notes of spice and dried fruit with a bit of spice. Doesn't pair well with food as it only accentuates the sharpness.

In comparison to Four Roses, it doesn’t have match in flavor.

Rich mahogany, slow legs. Really deep color Nose immediately shows the barrel... Wine, berries, leather and tobacco with a few spice notes coming through. Rich mouthfeel with another layer of flavors consistent with the nose. Almost chewy... Good, long finish with many layers. Maybe even overly wrought, yet maintains a nice balance. Pairs nicely with a rich meal or a Maduro cigar.

Nice sherry scent. First sip started sweet. Nicely spicy finish.

Smooth, jammy, with hints of plum. Long caramelly finish. The wine cask really shines through.
