Wood vanilla leather, more burn than their older offerings

Its hard to get a nose on the restaurants rocks glass. But a little heat and rye is there. Taste: sweet rye pop baking spices medium spicey and rich! Pretty nice mouth feel has some heat that turns into numb at the finish. Good stuff!

Nice with the cube of ice

Sweet caramel and butter like caramel popcorn with slight saltiness and pepperiness.

Nice enough. Subtle with some nice notes. But not tasty in the way the Balcones Texas Rye or Hillrock double cask are. A slightly medicinal/metallic unpleasant finish.
