Peppery spice
Nose after sitting open for 10min. Nose opens up to spices at the fore, anise, green and black pepper, tobacco, orange zest, caraway, some vanilla, oak wood dust, mango, horse hay, floral?, and cinnamon.
Taste:
Begins with a sweet rye and pepper punch that moves into some woody dankness, then to a meaty carmelly middle before tapering off to green and black pepper, cinnamon, a touch of heat, all spice, vanilla, over a moderate length and complex late finish.
