Funky sweet fruity. Lends depth, interest, and viscosity to many classic cocktails. An absolute bar staple and essential for my favorite cocktail, the Martinez.

Cherry flavored benzoin. It is horrible. Yes, marzipan, some herbal, so medicinal. Put in a cocktail it overpowers- use less and the taint is still there. Yuck I will never use it and will end up dumping this. Sorry everyone, this one strikes a sensory revulsion in me.
