Reviewed January 26, 2021 (edited August 15, 2022)2020 Release European sherry seasoned oak butts Nose: Sweet, earthy, vanilla, raisin Palate: Vanilla, chocolate, raisins, cocoa powder Finish: Warm and mouthcoating with a medium long finish. Notes of chocolate and citrus. This is a lovely, luxurious tasting whisky. Beautifully balanced.235.03 GBP per Bottle -

Reviewed January 10, 2021 (edited January 15, 2021)A magnificently complex bomb on the nose, even with the modest ABV. Definitely not a first act scotch. Oily-smooth on the tongue, with a great peppery finish. Lingering finish I live to follow with an espresso. -

This is not just the best Macallan I've tested, this is one of the best made whiskies I've tried. 96/100. Happy New Year!
