Maker's Mark Wood Finishing Series 2019 RC6

Nose: Maple syrup, some proof Palate: Dark sweetness then oak and wood Finish: Medium If you are looking for the definition of "sweet oak" look no further!

Makers mark woth some heft. Quite good.

Thought it was great on ice. Smooth and a great wind down.

Smooth on the nose, with a subtle kick through the length of the body

Fruity and white chocolate on the nose. Light herbal nose as well, but hard to pinpoint. Light fruit comes thru on the palate along with some brown sugar. Brighter cherry and woodier notes with a good sweetness.

nose has sugar red cherry, sweet tart ropes, red sweet gummies body: nose translates well. short finish w no burn. strawberry

Thick, rich. Like a pie or a rich cinnamon roll. It hits above its proof level for sure. An impressive offering from makers.

Had this at The Vanguard restaurant in Milwaukee. Pleasantly surprised to find a 2019 in late 2022. It did not disappoint! Great nose, depth of flavor and a long finish. Nice and viscous.
