Reviewed February 3, 2019Sparklingly-clear, copper, with defined alcohol legs. The aroma is of spiced rock candy, caramel, and fruit skins. The taste is of those elements, with added hot spices and a noticeable pear aspect. Mouthfeel is low medium, and Martell VS (now, Martell VS Single Distillery) finishes a bit lingering, but what lingers is pleasant. RJT
