Reviewed March 14, 2023Nose: dry wood like a cedar closet. Faint rye and dill. Lotta wood, lotta rye and a little cherry. After the first sip i got more cinnamon on the nose. After the second sip theres more wood and rye back on the nose Body: medium to full Palate: rye, barrel spice, cinnamon, faint caramel and dark chocolate sweetness Finish: long and enveloping, with caramel, barrel spice and rye. Really nice finish. Note: the last ounce from don for 2022 releases. This is a really well put together dram. Extremely tasty. -
