Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt

Three stars because of the price. Honestly? Not all that bad. The flavors aren't complex, but the citrus and honey are welcome and noticeable. Beginners usually have a tough go at learning scotch due to the price barrier for something "good". I'd give this to an amateur without a moment's hesitation.

Quite citric and sweet on the nose, with notes of orange and light honey. Flat on the taste, with some honey and barley, but nothing special, with a medium and boring finish.
