Nelson Brothers Reserve Bourbon

This has an ethanol bite but I love the blend of flavors that follows. I have drank Belle Meade for years this in my opinion is a close second from Nelson Brothers will have a bottle in the bar.

A very nicely balanced offering with strength yet very smooth with strong vanilla notes and a hint of caramel. I can see why it was high on Whiskey Advocates annual list.

Cherry and vanilla on the nose. The taste is cherry vanilla and butterscotch. There is a well balanced spice that lingers thru to the finish. This is awesome. Especially for the price.

Smooth finish, full mouth feel & ample flavor.
