New Southern Revival Jimmy Red Corn Bourbon

Yeasty loaf of bread on nose and palette. Smooth, no burn. Med to long finish. Subtle carmel and vanilla notes. Good pour and every day drinker.

Strong but SUPER flavorful. Rich sugary cherry notes

Nose: sweet and slightly sour, like an old gym bag. Very young smelling. Past the slight funk is a prominent sweetness. Palate: definitely getting the corn forward sweetness but it lacks any distinctive body to the flavors Finish: really short lasting sweetness, slight vanilla pound cake on the finish. Why buy this when you have get mellow corn?

Feels like more than 100 proof, which I like. Caramel/citrus/maple/chocolate on the nose and mouth for me. This is one of those that grows on you. Would buy a bottle for up to $50. $11 per oz at Home Team BBQ.
