Nikka Coffey Gin

Sweet when compared to a London dry. Nose is intensely of yuzu rind. Citrus brightness and a fresh herbal touch then fade to lemon candy. Most aggressively citrusy gin I've had.

Light citrus on the front - pepper on the finish. Pepper tends to be lost when paired with tonic... however a good non-intense juniper flavor. Easy drinking.

Nose immediately filled with yuzu. Palate is rich with citrus and fruit, with coriander carrying through the finish. Works beautifully with other complex herbal-forward flavors in cocktails. I would imagine that it would pair well with lime.

Yuzu and Sansho pepper with a hint of apple.

Citrus with peppery notes. Makes a great gin and tonic and very versatile. One of my all time favorites and worth the price.
