A Mexican corn liqueur crafted by Destilería y Bodega Abasolo from the base of ancestral cacahuazintle (kaka • wha • SINT • lay) maize, grown in the high valleys & foothills of the Nevado de Toluca volcano using the nixtamalization technique.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of Cornbread, toasted corn, vanilla & caramel; while a rich & full life led to a balanced & creamy death adding notes of dried fruits & roasted nuts. December 2022
