Nose: Very sweet nose. Nothing intimidating. Notes of bread, soft cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla. Reminiscent of a coffee cake or pie crust. Very enjoyable but not overbearing.
Palate: Caramel and toasted Graham cracker. The palate is just as sweet as the nose, but not artificially so. Very rich but still subtle enough for me.
Finish: Maple and brown sugar, with a hint of cinnamon burn. The finish is medium-long with a nice hugging warmth in your chest. No burn, just wrapped up in a nice cozy blanket of sweet pie-like flavors.
Thoughts: At $105/bottle, it can be a bit pricey. Much easier to find that things like Antique 107, and just as delicious. Would definitely buy again.
