Old Elk Master's Blend Series Double Wheat Straight Whiskey

Not too leggey. Sweet, fruity nose, not spicey. Palate is simple, sweetness and just enough peppet for the proof. A very simple profile and little finish. Pretty much what id expect from a wheat. Good higher proof intro whiskey, but not for anyone wanting a complex drink.

Very nice and flavorful. Smooth with a great finish.

Sugary and savory at the same time. Wheat bread, molasses, caramel, baking spices, feels dark and brooding with a spicy and smoldering body and finish. Difficult to put notes to, but I like it.
