Strong vanilla smell. Smooth, with a little burn at the end. Classic American bourbon, good neat or with one ice cube.

Surprisingly nice everyday bourbon

So I bought this, on sale thankfully. It tastes similar to the 80 proof version but a bit more burn, but not a good burn for me. I am just glad I did not get the $2.00 burn at the cash register. ( That is a joke about it being on sale when I bought it......) This will be a good mixer, at least that is where it will be in my future.
