Nose: Dried cherries, oiled leather, wood, cinnamon, lemon pledge.
Taste: Cinnamon, oak, waxy pecans, slight dark fruits.
Experience: entering a freshly cleaned workshop.
It's another solid bang for your buck buy. It doesn't reach into the body or complexity of a Booker's but at 1/4th the price it doesn't have to. If you like it on the dry side or are overwhelmed by sweet whiskey but don't want to travel into rye this a a good bourbon that has a unique but limited profile.
