Cinnamon Bomb! I am actually quite impressed with this. Jim Beam's special releases are always worth a taste and this is no exception. On the dry side with loads of baking spices, honey, and sourdough bread. Finish is surprisingly long and all cinnamon. Just as if you had eaten a old-school cinnamon candy your grandma used to keep in her purse. At $25 a bottle this is well worth buying a couple given its limited release.
First sip is peanuts with a little bit of brown sugar on the end. Next sip is sweeter with a little bit of maple, carmel, vanilla, and brown sugar. Its not spectacular but its a really good choice for a under 25 dollars!!
Caramel and vanilla on the nose. Caramel and light oak on the palate. Taste does not linger and is somewhat short. But easy drink Good bourbon for the price.
