Tasting Notes
"The dozen botanicals work well together with none really trying to hog the spotlight. As you taste, there's a sweetness from the licorice and the quickly becomes peppery and dry. A little sweetness and a strong juniper note finish the gin. The heat from the alcohol seems higher than 40% ABV. Would use in a cocktail where the spices can pop. Try in a Pegu Club."
